1. Campaign Overview
By purchasing the XTRA Early Bird benefit for $20, you secure access to a $60 Early Bird coupon that can be used toward the purchase of XTRA Muse 2 Pro or XTRA Muse 2 after the new products officially launch.
2. Limited Availability
Early Bird benefits are limited to the first 10,000 participants and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Not a Full Pre-Order
Purchasing the Early Bird benefit does not constitute a full product pre-order. Customers must place a separate order for XTRA Muse 2 Pro or XTRA Muse 2 after launch.
4. Coupon Value and Eligible Products
Each eligible Early Bird participant will receive one $60 coupon. The coupon may be used toward either XTRA Muse 2 Pro or XTRA Muse 2 after launch.
5. Coupon Issuance
The $60 coupon will be issued to the XTRA store account associated with the email address used to purchase the Early Bird benefit.
6. Account and Email Requirement
Customers must use the same XTRA store account and email address used for the Early Bird purchase when placing their Muse 2 Pro or Muse 2 order. Coupons cannot be transferred, reassigned, or issued to a different email address or account.
7. Coupon Validity
The Early Bird coupon is valid for 30 days after the official launch of XTRA Muse 2 Pro and XTRA Muse 2. Expired coupons cannot be reissued, extended, exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, or resold.
8. Coupon Use Restrictions
The Early Bird coupon is a promotional discount only. It cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, resold, or combined with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated by XTRA.
9. Refundability of Early Bird Deposit
The $20 Early Bird deposit is refundable during the reservation period and within 30 days after the official launch of XTRA Muse 2 Pro and XTRA Muse 2, provided that the customer has not used the $60 launch coupon.
If the customer does not wish to purchase XTRA Muse 2 Pro or XTRA Muse 2 after launch and does not use the $60 launch coupon, the customer may request a full refund of the $20 Early Bird deposit within the eligible refund period.
Once the $60 launch coupon is used toward a purchase of XTRA Muse 2 Pro or XTRA Muse 2, the $20 Early Bird deposit becomes non-refundable as part of the Early Bird benefit and cannot be refunded separately.
If an order purchased with the $60 launch coupon is later cancelled, returned, or refunded in accordance with XTRA’s applicable return and refund policy, the $20 Early Bird deposit associated with that coupon will also be refunded.
10. Shipping Benefit
Eligible Early Bird customers may receive free Priority Express Shipping when placing a Muse 2 Pro or Muse 2 order after launch. Actual delivery time depends on the customer’s final order time, shipping address, inventory availability, and carrier conditions.
11. Shipping Coverage
Free Priority Express Shipping is available only for eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, remote locations, and non-U.S. addresses may not be eligible.
12. Launch Timing
XTRA Muse 2 Pro and XTRA Muse 2 are currently targeted for launch in Q3 2026. The actual launch date is subject to change due to production, logistics, certification, regulatory, or other operational factors. XTRA will notify eligible Early Bird participants of material launch updates through the email address or store account associated with their Early Bird purchase.
13. Program Changes
XTRA reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or cancel the Early Bird campaign if necessary due to operational, technical, or legal reasons. Any changes will not affect statutory consumer rights.
14. Customer Support
For questions about Early Bird benefits, coupon issuance, account eligibility, shipping benefits, or refunds, please contact XTRA customer support using the email address associated with your Early Bird purchase.
15.Final Interpretation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XTRA reserves the right to interpret these Early Bird Terms and Conditions and to resolve any matters not expressly covered herein. All decisions will be made in good faith and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
